PRE ORDER POLICY
Our business is done on a to order/ preorder basis in tiny batches. Money spent with us is used for production for the qty sold in fabric and labor and as such we currently only offer exchanges for garments sold on pre-order basis, and in cases where an exchange isn’t possible store credit can be given. The same is the case for cancellations as production begins immediately.
That being said we stand behind our work 100%. Our email line is always open for inquiries on fit and finish or issues with quality. We are incredibly grateful to be able to continue doing what we are doing and take all measures to insure that continues to be possible.
